Information about the Sacramento Kings


Once known as the Rochester Royals of New York, this team was later sold to Sacramento, CA. Although they were first moved to Ohio, it was upon becoming a part of Sacramento, CA that the true bold design of the Sacramento Kings began to show. Unfortunately, their progressed at showing this design has been hindered by a great number of things, none of which would be easy for any team to be able to recover from, especially one without a strong leader to help them accomplish the recovery. Yet despite this, the Sacramento Kings have worked to make themselves a home despite all of the difficulties they have encountered.

Home to the Sacramento Kings, the ARCO Arena is slowly becoming an older location, which is not admitting as many people as in years past. Due to this, it is only a matter of time before a new facility will need to be built in the hopes of encouraging more individuals to start attending the games. Although funding for this will need to be required before this can become an eventual reality, it still offers a shimmer of hope in the future for the Sacramento Kings to have a new start and something to look forward to in the future. It also provides fans with something to hope for as a new image of the team can be born along with new chances to possibly head to the playoffs.

Unfortunately, a host of legal problems hit the Sacramento Kings and made the team's lives very difficult. In addition, with it being hard to find a good coach until recently, and having lost numerous players in the off-season, the result is that the Sacramento Kings are having a very difficult time. Yet despite this, they are attempting to hold true to their team and location, doing their best to give their all for their fans no matter how bad things get, which is not only very commendable but also admirable given the current circumstances.

After the firing of Theus from the Kings, Kenny Natt is the current coach who is trying to help the Sacramento Kings get back on their feet. Although it is currently only on an interim basis, he is the best choice that the Sacramento Kings have currently in order to be able to make a comeback from all of the difficulties they have been encountering in recent years.

When times get tough, there are groups, which bury their heads in the sand like ostrich or weather out the storm no matter how bad things get. The Sacramento Kings are part of the second class of individuals and they are hanging in there with the assistance of Kenny Natt and the love of all of their fans. It is this love and assistance plus the determination of the team, which will see them through not only any difficult times but help them forge something new and powerful.
